Here you will find the most frequently asked questions regarding our service. If you can't find the information you need below, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
All of our food is prepared freshly each day, we reserve the right to change the menu or options available at anytime.
Our food is clearly labelled with allergen information but please note that we are a small kitchen that works with ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Any allergy concerns or requirements should be advised to us at the time of booking

Q: Do you have a minimum order for buffet delivery?
A: Our minimum order is £25 + VAT for lunch, £50 + VAT for breakfast. Orders below this will incur a delivery charge of £5 + VAT
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We can accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the buffet is due. Orders cancelled after this time maybe subject to a charge. Orders cancelled on the same day the buffet is due to be delivered will be charged for in full.
Q: How do you present your buffet items?
A: Our food is presented on stylish platters, china plates and wicker baskets. As such we request that all items provided with the food are kept safe until we return to collect. Lost or damaged items may incur a replacement fee. We are commited to reducing our waste generation and can provide reusable plates too.
Disposable platters are available upon request
Q: How do I order a buffet from you?
A: Please either call us on 01865 390288 or email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements. Buffet orders need to be placed before 3pm the day before delivery. If you have a last minute order, please call us and we will always see what we can do?
Q: What time do you deliver your buffet service?
A: We aim to deliver all of our lunch orders before 1pm. For breakfast orders we can deliver as early as 6.30am and for those afternoon events we can deliver up to 4pm. If you have a specific time requirement please let us know when you book.
Q: How do I pay for your buffet service?
A: We invoice all of our customers on the day of delivery. We accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfer. We also accept all major credit and debit cards via our invoice service. All of our buffets are subject to VAT
Q: Do you just do business lunch catering?
A: We are happy to provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. We are available for all types of events and are well equipped and prepared for large catering requirements. Please just let us know if you have a specific request
Q: Can your van come to my workplace every day?
A: Yes we would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
